Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Manage projects from initiation through closure.
- Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, cost, and quality parameters.
Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, business analysts, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor team productivity.
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and milestone review meetings.
- Mentor team members and promote accountability.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and leadership teams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks proactively.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage issue resolution and escalate critical matters when required.
- Maintain project risk and issue registers.
Financial & Governance
- Track project budgets, effort, and utilization.
- Monitor project profitability where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and governance processes.
- Manage change requests and maintain project documentation.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards using Manual & Automation testing. Experience with Performance testing tools.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team efficiency.
- Promote Agile and project management best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is preferred.
- 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4–6 years in project management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing medium to large IT projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing distributed or global teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
