Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Real Estate technology solutions and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit construction sites and developer offices to create awareness of SafetyApp & ClientCare using marketing materials.
- Meet relevant personnel from real estate developer and pitch them about the products and its benefits.
- Set-up a demonstration meeting and make meetings happen.
- Assist Sales Manager in meetings.
- Follow-up with prospects who showed interest.
- Cold Calling to real estate developers.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with all activities and tasks on daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate. MBA/ PGDBM is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good Listening Skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
