Role Purpose
The Client Architect is Rezolve's customer-facing solution architect responsible for owning
the customer-specific solution architecture from qualified pre-sales through delivery,
acceptance, and handover.
The role ensures that customer solutions are technically sound, aligned with Rezolve
products and platform standards, commercially realistic, and executable by Client Delivery
Teams (CDTs). The Client Architect provides the architectural leadership, continuity, and
technical governance required to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-
Solution Architecture Ownership
Own the customer-specific solution architecture throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, constraints, and success
criteria.
Map customer requirements to Rezolve products and capabilities.
Define target solution architectures, integration approaches, deployment models, and non
functional requirements.
Ensure architectural decisions, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and constraints are
documented and traceable.
Qualified Pre-Sales Support
Participate in technical discovery and solution shaping activities.
Assess solution feasibility and identify technical risks.
Provide technical input for proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Define high-level architectures, integrations, security, hosting, and operational considerations.
Ensure proposed solutions are realistic, deliverable, and aligned with customer expectations.
Delivery Leadership
Act as the primary architectural advisor to Client Delivery Teams.
Communicate architectural intent, scope, assumptions, and design rationale.
Support delivery planning and implementation decisions.
Review material design changes and ensure continued alignment with agreed architecture.
Resolve technical ambiguity and support customer-facing technical discussions.
Escalate architectural, platform, security, or delivery risks when required.
Acceptance, Go-Live & Handover
Support technical acceptance criteria definition and validation.
Participate in go-live readiness reviews.
Ensure final architecture documentation is complete and available.
Support transition to Operations, SRE, Support, and Customer Success teams.
Capture lessons learned and reusable architectural patterns.
Stakeholder Management
Client Delivery Teams (CDTs)
Provide architectural guidance, solution context, technical clarification, and decision support
throughout implementation.
Platform Architects
Engage Platform Architects for specialist support involving:
Complex platform requirements
Scalability, resilience, or performance concerns
Security and compliance considerations
Product capability gaps
Non-standard deployment or integration requirements
Potential impacts to Rezolve's reusable platform capabilities
The Client Architect retains ownership of the customer-specific solution architecture at all
times.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Platform Engineering, Security,
SRE, Operations, and Delivery Leadership to ensure successful solution outcomes.
Key Deliverables-
Technical discovery outputs
Solution architecture documentation
Architecture and integration diagrams
Risk, assumption, and dependency registers
Proposal and SOW technical inputs
Technical decision records
Delivery architecture briefings
Change impact assessments
Go-live readiness inputs
Final architecture and handover documentation
Success Measures
Success in the role is demonstrated by:
Delivery of technically coherent and achievable customer solutions
Strong alignment between what is sold, designed, and delivered
Effective architectural support for Client Delivery Teams
Early identification and management of risks and dependencies
Clear and traceable technical decisions
Successful customer acceptance and go-live outcomes
Effective engagement with Platform Architects and specialist teams
Creation of reusable architecture patterns and delivery knowledge
Core Expectations
Own the technical thread from pre-sales through acceptance.
Maintain architectural continuity throughout delivery.
Make scope, assumptions, risks, and dependencies explicit.
Promote standard Rezolve products, architectures, and delivery patterns.
Escalate risks early and appropriately.
Maintain strong knowledge of Rezolve products and platform capabilities.
Contribute to continuous improvement through reusable knowledge and best practices.
Technical Skills-
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts relevant to enterprise commerce: Retrieval-Augmented Generation
(RAG), multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation, multi-LLM strategies, and
agentic workflows.
Cloud architecture and deployment: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred, given
partnerships), including hosting, scalability, resilience, security, and operational models. Familiarity with
other clouds (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
Integration and API expertise: Proven ability to design and implement integrations with customer eCommerce platforms, legacy systems, payment gateways, CRM/ERP (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce), and third-party services using RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and standard protocols.
Architecture patterns: Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, scalable distributed
architectures, high-availability designs, security/compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy), and
non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, observability).
Modern tech stack familiarity:
Backend: Java/Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise frameworks.
Frontend/Integration layers: React/Angular or similar for customer-facing components.
Databases: SQL and NoSQL solutions for commerce data.
DevOps/Operations: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring tools, and collaboration with SRE/Platform
teams.
Pre-sales and solution design tools: Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (e.g., using Draw.io,
Lucidchart, or Visio), high-level designs, integration maps, and technical documentation.
Security and compliance: Knowledge of enterprise security practices, data protection, identity
management, and regulatory requirements in retail/eCommerce.
